Tim Genung, II

Tim Genung, II

Owner

Tim  believes that quality handyman services shouldn’t be as rare as spotting Bigfoot, he is dedicated to making your property repairs stress-free.

Sasquatch might be a myth, but Tim is the real deal. At 6’4” with a fuzzy beard and a love for the outdoors, he embodies the hardworking, no-nonsense spirit of Squatchworks. Think of it as legendary service from someone who’s as approachable as your favorite neighbor.

Tim grew up on construction sites, learning from his Navy dad, who specialized in custom cabinetry. That foundation and 30 years experience gives him a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency. Add to that certifications in aircraft and bicycle mechanics, and it’s clear—there’s no challenge he can’t tackle. From custom cabinetry to remodeling, Tim brings decades of hands-on experience to your doorstep.

Fun Fact
When Tim isn’t solving property puzzles, you’ll find him cycling the trails or hiking through the forests around Tallahassee. He’s as passionate about the outdoors as he is about quality work.

Caleb Hopkins

Caleb Hopkins

Handy Helper

If Sasquatch had a side-kick, it'd be Caleb. Armed with a toolbelt and an uncanny ability to mesaure, haul, and prepare materials, Caleb is Tim's right hand man.

Caleb's work philosophy? "Measure twice, cut once, and if that fails—blame the tape measure."

Fun Fact
When Caleb is not fine-tuning the art of property repair, he enjoys solving the parenting puzzle of wranging a toddler into a much needed nap.

Silver haired person wearing a polka-dot blouse and a pearl necklace.

Missy Briggs

Business Development

Every legendary creature needs someone to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and that’s where Missy comes in. She’s the mastermind behind Squatchworks’ growth, making sure Tallahassee and beyond know exactly who to call when their home needs help.

With a background in business development, Missy keeps the Squatchworks ship sailing straight—handling the details so Tim and Caleb can focus on fixing things instead of filling out paperwork. She’s also the resident translator, turning “construction speak” into real-world terms that don’t require a YouTube tutorial to understand.

Her motto? "If you want something done right, call Squatchworks. If you want to spend a weekend watching DIY fail videos, try it yourself first."

Fun Fact
When Missy isn't scheduling social media posts or designing a new promo flier, you can find her hammocking at a Tallahassee park or on a long walk in the forest with her 3 fur-babies.
